@frishhawk I think it's San Diego, California because the young lady that was passing out candy had a SD T-shirt on and a family was speaking Spanish after leaving the young girl's house as well... which makes sense since SD has a high Latino population because it's really close to the border of Mexico. I live in OC and trick or treaters don't start showing up until after dark to 9PM.. which is the norm.. so I'm betting it's SD.
