No recovery in sight for U.S. home prices says economist

I don't understand why it was a surprise that there was no recovery. The demand is there but the buyers are no longer retards blinded by greed and TV programs like flip this house. People are waiting for the supply, and everyone knows about the shadow inventory and the games realtors and banks are playing with the market values.

Until sellers, banks and realtors get out of denial, we will just sit and wait. Noone wants to buy any bubble and they know what prices should be.

Yes, the media WAS talking about a "recovery". They were just misleading America. SHOCKED? There are people that know where we are heading and are prepared, as we are always prepared!! That is the difference between those who are successful and those who never will be.
