There is no "modern" seperation of church and state. People try and distort what is already in place by our forefathers.What funds the courtroom? The state does. This is why there will never be a buddhist prosecuted in a catholic courtroom, but he will be held to our constitution wich is based off the 10 commandments.If he happens to be muslim though and did a terror act in his religion, the religion must be brought into play for the sake of the argument.

People don't get it, Obama is talking about the american people being served by their government. Whereas Bush, Hillary and others talk about the administration making judgements of what serves the american people, then implementing those judgements. Do you see the difference? One serves public, the other serves big business.
