@PikachuMaiden just to get past land stage is never friend with other creatures kill there species and you will be in tribal stage in no time. its what i do i get the omnivore mouth in cell stage and just use the other weapons and wings in creature stage.

@puppy5ar In Cell Phase, there's alot of levels.

1 level, is the small size.

2 level, grow.

3 level, grow more.

So it goes. At the end of the phase, these of level 3, 4 , or 1 that are really big are actually small.

I killed the omnivore, used the mouth and i could only use carnivore mouths. WTFBBQ? Can someone help me? I did it with both herbivore and carnivore. Not working!

@HenseStudioz You would've probably still needed to eat more plants/suck more cells before it actually counts your cell as an omnviore. I suggest checking your cell's history if possible before moving on to check the future diet it is currently going to have in the next stage.

Hmm i think the old version of Spore was better, because it was more realistic and they had the Water Stage.. so the evolution theory was even better! And now in Spore that we now have, you are a cell and then u got leggs?! And then you go on land.. like wtf.. Cell - Fish = Creature = Tribal = Civ = Space! MORE REALISTIC!!!! :D But they cut off the Water stage because due the navigate issue..

Actually there was another stage after the Cell stage. Like fish stage or something. When you were still under the water but you were actually a fish then you got legs and other things there were also more blood and many more things in creature stage but creators put that out and make +10yrs game -.- sad but true

very cool game, but i hope they add options to the next spore game (yeah i hope there will be a spore 2) like you should have the option to develop a sea creature or a flying creature, not only an earth creature... and the evolution should be branched and not linear, that would be very cool to see creatures that are "cousins" of your own.

cell stage is really easy, even in hard mode. Just stick 3 doubled proboscises on the sides of your cell.

Yesterday i got this game. The first parts was really really funny. You needed to survive as a cell, then you transformed to a creature on land with feet and arms. That part was really funny. But after a while, you needed to build a troop to destroy other villages. It became more like a strategy game, like the classic game Age of Empire. From that part, i regret i fixed that game...

ok, think about this, would the customization in the cell stage be cool of you can't have weapons, you can't add eyes, and you can't add mouths... all you can do is thange the shape and colour... but that's probobly wrong too, same with the colour. what you are imagining is that the cell stage in this game would be a blob with no eyes eating through it's membrane with no customisation.

The cell stage is the best stage, the rest just drags on too long or is simply too boring. REALLY REALLY too bad they made the cell stage SO GADAM SHORT and SO GADAM BASIC. It took me harsh like 5 minutes to complete the cell stage. I miss seeing those HUGE organisms in the background and being scared by them...
