I've done everything you've done here, but when my computer restarts, it doesn't recognize the overclock. Cpu-z reads my cpu at stock 3.3ghz. I have the same exact mobo and cpu. Please help.
@bloc22 Have you tried burning you CPU so it would go up to the maximum speed? Intel has some special ability that will help saving a lot of money, this ability decreases your speed by half sometime for a short time if it's not really necessary.
hey was reading on newegg people are having to reload old bios 1.00 due to non usb support for certain items. you been having any issues with that so far?

Getting same board and processor thanks for the info. Did u try to go higher than 4.5? Heard people are getting 4.8 easy and running stable all day
