Move as fast as you want when training When and if you come under fire you will be running faster than you thought you could. Moving also make you harder to hit

(I work at a range so i am always looking out for that kind of stuff)

The other day at the range I had a .45 bullet hit me in the leg it scared the hell out of me. Most of the time it just fragments of lead, the copper jacket stays down range but all the time there is lead coming back. So get those safety glasses on.

The shotgun is an odd model manufactured by Mossberg under the brand name "New Haven." For all intents and purposes, its a Mossberg 500.

Rock salt is just a coarse kind of salt, like you would salt your driveway with in the winter. In the old days, people would load shotgun shells with rock salt to use as a non-lethal round.
