ASUS N10 has a Nvidia GeForce 9300M GS graphics card. you can also use intel graphic card onboard but it has some kind of a 2 graphic cards on it. you CANT play this games on your only onboard graphic carded netbooks. ITS IMPOSSIBLE. you can get at most 10 fps with Intel onboard graphics card on Netbooks. so do not ask. YOU CANT.

I tried using an HP Pavilion DV6500 laptop to play COD 4 multiplayer, and it was horrible. It's got a dual core at 1.7GHz processor and Nvidia 7150M. I didn't check FPS, but I would say I was getting 10. Killed some people, but got owned harder than usual.

You're getting 15-35fps on a stock config at 1024x600.

Drop it to 640x480 and get a custom config and watch those frames fly.

Actually u can change on how certain games rely on the CPU chip.

Nvidia cards have a program for either have preset settings or game specific settings/the game takes control of the settings.

Usually, Nvidia makes the CPU prerenders 3 frames before the GPU renders it lowering this, makes the frames rendering more reliant on the GPU. perhaps increasing stability

This looks pretty good. I would drop down to 800x600 and turn a couple more things on. Corpses should always be Tiny though. I run it that way even on my desktop. Or run it like he has it but turn even more things off. But I think 800x600 would be great for this thing. Definitely wouldn't play single-player though.

In my experience, a bunch of older games, like say... Counter-Strike: Source are hardly any better than this game is on this system. The Atom processor really cripples this system in a lot of situations you may not expect. Other times, it will amaze you. It probably boils down to how well the individual games utilize the graphics card as opposed to relying on the processor too much - that's where you run into problems.

GTA4 is impossible to run on any machine without a graphics card that is... much better than this. The processor could not handle it eather. GTA4 is a poorly ported game. I have the asus g50 vt and I can barely get 20-30fps.

This Asus N10 netbook is a missed opportunity. Maybe Asus gave it a crappy Atom CPU on purpose because they were afraid to threaten their own line of Gaming laptops. If this N10 had a dual core processor like the Everun Note then it would be a serious gaming Netbook. As it stands it is simply the definition of a bottleneck.
