Cali resident here. I'm not sure about bombs, but I'm more inclined to believe things such as weather modification equipment. Look up HAARP, or GWEN towers. Heck, take a look at the sky on a regular day, look at all the chem trails (yes, chemical trails, not condensation trails). The cloud trails that hang in the air for hours aren't condensation.

most of the time,those crews are out there doing utility maintainance on underground sewer,water ,stormwater and gas lines and they are not out there to improve the roads only to replace the the road that that had to be disturbed to do the maintainance.from a heavy equipment operater CITY OF TAMPA
I've noticed some construction and you're right, they really don't fix things. If there doing it to trigger earthquakes, there putting in the small fault lines in LA. Los Angeles has hundreds of small fault lines under the city.
Also, there have been a lot of military or government helicopters passing at night (around 2 or 3 am) where I live.

Yeah i thought it was just me. The city is constantly working on the roads, but they're not fixing anything. Especially in Long Beach. It kinda reminds me of the movie Batman Begins when the "bad guys" attacked the city and the gas or whatever it was came up from under the ground through the sewers and everyone started choking and dying. And yeah it has been a lot of little earthquakes out here recently. I wouldnt be suprised if there was a big one real soon. Just stay prayed up sista!
