pretty cool, what the boy was doing, but i think the crowd you drew with your camera made it hard for him to work, if you film again you may want to stand back a bit and watch/film , then after the person is done ask the questions :) just a thought, if they are doing such to earn a living - he may get in trouble for not getting it finished.
i think the camera man got nervous when he pulled the knife out like you wanna see what it feels like
