I think the Grave is very well kept & the Head-Stone is Beautiful! Im glad they put a fence around it,otherwise it would end up looking like Jim Morrisons Grave.Mistreated & spray-painted by drunks & kids getting high.Do they not allow fans to bring flowers?Also it would be great if someone could write in english what is said on the stone for the fans that cannot read spanish,like me! Selena was American ,born and raised and so were her parents as well and Selena was not only of Native American descent from Mexico(Maya or Aztec) but her Mother was half Native American from the USA ,that being Cherokee ,Selena was buried right where she should be in the Corpus Christi USA.

You could have a picture of yourself over your grave site too...if you plan to put aside enough money to pay for it. Selena's family was able to afford it. This is the responsibility of your beneficiary, or whoever is responsible for preparing your funeral arrangements. If you request one and have the funds to cover it, then you can get one too. The grave yards have nothing to do with it...nor does being famous. There are lots of people who were not famous but have similar items on their graves.

Sel's coffin is under the picture but not directly. It would be further under ground in a tomb or crypt but it is under the picture. They always dig your grave 6 feet deep or so, and her coffin would be that far into the ground under the picture.
