Yeah, it is definitely your intonation. Maybe the music is a little to loud just a little.... Ok, I know..some parts you do not sing the correct notes in line with the music. So, I definitely think it is the intonation of your voice. Try that and it shall surely help!!!

1. careful on your notes (counted so many flats and sharps)
2. practice more on phrasing
3. the "scooping" parts of the song were not sung well.
4. you have to do more of "air control"
btw, i salute you coz it takes guts to sing that song in full.
