I need an answer about the upcoming third game.

Why does it have a new character in another setting, shouldn't Desmond be the main character. He acquired the Apple of Eden in Brotherhood, and Revelations had Altair and Ezio because Desmond's was in a coma state and put in the Animus. So why a new character?

But if your watching this trailer or bought Revelations and you didn't play part 1 ort part 2 or Brotherhood, I think you should play #1 all the way to Revelations so you get the whole story. I'm just sayin. It's much funner if you play it from begining to the new one. Not just buy a game that already have 3 sequels. And you don't get the story.
