law enforcement agencies need to do a hell of alot better training. i know that everyone is capable of making mistakes, but these cops in charge of public safety are supposed to be intelligent and trained enough to handle high stress situations and to know a lethal weapon from a non lethal. i hope that cop gets life at least. i never met oscar personally, but i know some folks who did. rip.
