    I'm a mother of 3 and I'm only 27 i have gained 60 lbs since my first baby 8yrs ago and it hasn't gone away, i have been doing 2-3 of your workouts in the last 4 days and i think i am already a bit smaller!! the summer is coming and my goal is to feel amazing and look great for my honey! your videos are definitely helping!!

    I have more energy and am not as hungry.

  • Love the workouts and definitely feeling the soreness but half of them I can't match the steps so gonna do the best I can and at my own pace since I have a bad foot.

I've been desperately wanting to tone up since I lost weight after having my son. But I'm a student with low income so gyms and personal trainers are outta the question right now.   • Hello Tiffany, i weight 60 KG and i'm 17. its my senior year, and i want to have a sexy body for our senior trip to BoraBora after 3 month from now. my tummy ain't flat, i got some love-handles and a liiiittle sloppy arms. do you think walking two hours a day and doing all ur videos 7 days a week is enough ? i really suck on my diet, but i try hard. please i need some plans or a schedule to help me reach my goals

  • Hi Tiffany, should I be doing your work outs once a day? I use youtube to get your information verses facebook. I weigh 147 and have for about 3 years Im in the 26th precentile in my BMI but I would realy like to tone up and have a much flatter belly. What woud you recomend ?

  • @ummaaliyaan You need to do 3 things to flatten your tummy. 1- eat healthy 2 do cardio , 3 - do exercises that work your abdominal muscles.   • if I do this 2 times a day for 3 weeks , of course' combining it with healthy food , abs workout and some bicycle am I going to loose some weight ? At the moment i have 58 kilos and i would like to have 55.

  • Hi Tiffany! I try to do all of your workouts at least 3x with this one its a killer. Does it make a difference if I do this video take a 5-10 min break then repeat compared if I did this video back to back to back? I want maximun results and not sure if me taking breaks is affecting that

  • @1218toni It is ok to take breaks if you are a beginner. That's what I do. You have to do what's best for you and your body.

  • @1218toni Montain Climber is my Favorite workout, I am on vacation and I did it in my hotel room.Doing it 3x in a row would be great. It is ok to break in between

  • @MsBelladancer Make small goals and keep your word to YOURSELF! You have let your body and your mind start to make success a habit. Start by doing at least 1 of my workouts every day for 5 days in a row. The following week make it 2 a day.

  • Tiffany you are a true inspiration, watching your workout videos make me strive for fitness and stamina more than ever before! I have never really worked out much, especially during these last few years, and i find myself often pausing your videos after a few minutes, having to catch my breath before being able to continue. If I keep pushing and doing these workouts even though it's tough and it burns, do you think one day i might be able to do one video from beginning to end without pausing?

  • @Catijana I don't think, I KNOW. One of my favorite sayings is "There is no strenght without struggle" Each time you persevere you are getting stronger. Just don't give up!

  • even if i don't have or get my "dream body" right away i feel really good about my body because its listening to me and performing top notch, regardless of how i look, and that is one of the most wonderful things i have gained in these past two weeks working out to your videos on youtube

What I want to get across to everyone is to focus more on feeling good about yourself and performing each exercise like you are a rock star and the rest will come naturally.   • wow i couldnt do this workout..i guess its my size..i have a hard time with floor exercises..im 264lbs do u have anything a little easier? i started working out to the routine u have on facebook..so far this is one i can not do..help!!

  • @XLBellyDancer Well it is good to have something to challenge you, that way you will feel awesome the day that you do the exercise. if you can't go all the way down to the floor use a seat of a sturdy chair as your floor, when we have our hands on the floor you put your hands on the chair and your body extened back from the chair with your feet on the floor. If you stay focused and keep doing the workouts one day you will be able to do this routine and I want to be the first to hear about it! :)

  • Hey tifany, first of all I love you r work outs !!! I finally managed to get my ass of the couch and start working out. I am about 5.8 tall and weigh 125 lbs how many colaries do u think I burn with this work out?

  • @27awesomechick Woo hoo! that is great news. You will burn about 125 calories in 10 minutes!!

  • i really love this exercise but doing the press up one at the end with the weights really hurts my hands. is there anything you'd recommend?

  • @dragonstick18 A lot of times we are not used to bearing our on wait. Do as much as you can, and when it hurts stop. But if you keep trying you it will get easier and easier each day!

  • @REDnFIRE Great news!! The MOST important piece of advice I can give you is..............DON"T stop, In order to be fit you need to make working out a part of you life like eating, driniking and sleeping :)
