Now I'm assuming when you were in Georgia, a fellow Georgian congratulated you for Scotland's win sarcastically (even though we beat you guys 2-0 I think it was?) and so some one else must've said that to that Georgian guy 'what are you congratulating him for when they lost the game' lol.
I hope my friends from the CCCP/USSR bar will see it! Great hospitality. Thanks to Meko and her friend (sorry I can't remember the name) for the trip to old Georgian Capital.
