I didn't say, "choosing not to believe in Jesus was ignorant". What I said was that you are willingly ignorant. Information about Jesus is available, yet you choose not to find out. As far as "choice" is concerned, I'm all for it! You DO have a choice. But a choice does not make one right or wrong. You may chose not to believe a car will kill you if you stand in front of it while it's traveling at 100 miles per hour, but that doesn't mean you are right. It just means you chose not to believe it.

I'm a fan of Beatles music. Grew up with it. John was high on his own fame and his statements showed it. While seeking spiritual significance he was also spiritually immature then. It's sad that his quest for spiritual solidness never led him to know the real Jesus and made him 'dis' Him in ignorance like some are doing here. This is kind of scary to watch if you think about it. So many gathered in hatred or disapproval of the Beatles, in large mobs wanting to burn things. Religion, in some aspects, requires double-think, like in 1984.

The fucking Vatikan is making me sick. They forgive John Lennon, because of his statement, which was made 40 years ago? There is nothing to forgive! This fucking pope thinks he the most important person in the world! And that he may decide whom to forgive and whom not to!
I'm not antichrist, but I'm antivatikan, because the whole thing is kind of brainwashing all Christians. If the pope says that, it's right- kind of thing!
