@candjim Rubbish, If it wasn't for Acorah we wouldn't have so many mediums in this country right now. He made mediumship popular. No medium in history has ever proven even the tiniest of ability, thats not acorahs fault that is the fault of the lack of real mediumship

I did see the clip of Yvette saying that he was fake and wondered if anyone knows if she has commented on this? also why was Derek sacked, if he was sacked or left off his on accord? i am a fan i must admit BUT also realise they have to get ratings at the end of the day. sad really isnt it?

The reason shows like 'Most Haunted do it though, is to ensure they get a result. Anyway, Stuart 'Pebbles' Torvelle's half a brain wouldn't be useful enough to even the thickest spirit - hence his frustration causing him to chuck the glass at the wall - then be thick enough to have us believe he was posessed.
Derek got ''posessed'' way too often and way too dramatically to make it seem remotely believeable, and it's clear that he, and most other mediums do thorough research beforehand. I believe in ghosts, but not meiums, and i would like to believe most haunted is real, but because of this it's just too difficult

i just think its very interesting that these names Kreed Kafer - Rik eedles are actually spelt different wen they show the names in the program... they actually are spelt Creed Kafer - Rik Eadles. is that hide the fact the letters could be switched?

I cannot agree on pressure from bosses and viewers ratings drove Derek to LIE to the public. He has proved that he is NOT credible, that he has no psychic ability and is a very, very bad actor and the public are not stupid fools who will believe any old rubbish! I was so glad when he got the push but am disappointed he still gets his own shows etc after being proved to be a lying, manipulative, cheat!! I am glad Kieran caught him out. Derek got what he deserved! WE ARE NOT FOOLS!
