I hate to burst your bubble guys but creating jobs in California such as opening a solar panel manufacturing plant in San Diego isn't going to clean your air. Creating those solar panels produces ALOT of pollution... While solar energy is better in the long run you really aren't doing yourselves any real favors by inviting them to mass produce there.
