  • @NdzDJ I have been trying to get to as high up as i can on a muscle up and try and hold it, think i improving. But i agree its the technique i need to get to grips with.

  • You're doing chin ups incorrectly. Doing them like that eventually deforms your biceps.

  • @elitedonk push ups. do push ups, to make them harder put your feet somewhere to make them a little higher. Triceps exercises pretty much but push ups are good!

  • @mitakabgg After the push ups your going to go straight into the dip bar. The dip bar is always gonna kept simple

  • Hey whats a good routine to start with....... like acceptable set and rep ranges and exercises? how many days a week should you work out?

  • Workout as often as your not sore or in pain and our able to do so. 3 times a week is good for the average person. With this routine start with 5 of each, if you feel like thats to easy go up, if its to hard go down. You should be able to go completely around at least 5 times.

  • @DerVandriL Listen to your body. If your sore or not capable of hitting your normal numbers then you should rest. Whenever your perfectly able to do the routine do it, the answer will be different from Individual to individual.

  • @DerVandriL It takes time to be able to build up to do this so often. Start with three times a week and overtime add more days or time.

  • @AlfaUniverso Different routines are for different things, if your looking for a leg routine you shouldn't look here. Look up, Extreme Leg workout by Barstarzz there you can find leg workouts and make your own routine out of the exercises being performed.. In the future we will release some leg workouts but not every single routine is gonna contain a leg workout, just like every single routine isnt gonna contain push ups, every single routine isnt going to include a pull up, etc etc etc
