My favorite series of all time. I've been a huge fan for such a long time. I bought this Anthology when it first came out. I've showed all my friends this series. I'm currently watching these with my girlfriend. lol. I can't resist. I love rewatching these and sharing the expierience with others.

As an owner of a little over 100 Blu Ray movies I just have to say that this set stands out as my all time favorite.Not only did Ridley Scott and James Cameron personally step in to restore Alien and Aliens in 1080 P HD, but this set comes with every little extra feature that Fox has released ever since the disc format was introduced in laser disc.
Not only that but M.O.T.H.U.R mode surely is awesome and helps bring you into the experience very well.Truly this is an epic set for any fan

I've had the Alien VHS Box with all 4 movie in Widescreen. Then I got the Alien Quadrology 9 Disc Dvd Box... Now I got the Alien Anthology Blu-ray Box.

LOL...I've owned three different box sets of the alien movies on DVD, and now I have my pre-order in for this BD set (limited edition egg)...I think I've personally funded a 5th movie, if they ever make it. Well worth every penny though....the best sci-fi horror in the history of cinema, and the first two films are some of the best movies of ANY genre ever committed to celluloid.

Fox did get their shit together, but its going back to ridley scott for the prequel. If that works out (and I am sure it will be a lot more profitable than those AVP cash grabs) Cameron would be a good choice for a later alien movie after the auriga was sent crashing back to earth with the alien hybrid ripley.

Or, they just took footage with no sound, went through the 'general' sound library and quickly made a trailer that doesn't even say anything other than it's coming to BluRay.....soon....I guess.

I actually liked Alien Resurrection, but not the twist in it, i thought that was really weird, and just stupid.

@BritBoyProductions They didnt do anything to it. The audio track is just an edit for the visuals.

@BritBoyProductions Obviously, ALIEN3 was the favorite film of 20th Century Fox, so they might be under the delusion that audiences and Alien fans alike will want to remember the Pulse Rifle sound from that movie and not from Aliens.
Or, they just took footage with no sound, went through the 'general' sound library and quickly made a trailer that doesn't even say anything other than it's coming to BluRay.....soon....I guess.

@BritBoyProductions well hopefully the actual blu-ray stays true to the original, typically teasers and trailers have different sound effects, scenes that never make it into the final version, script changes, etc.
