maybe Charlie is thinking of a $30 work comp. card that releases the building owner's of any personal injury law suits. the card will be filed with the state of Texas showing you waived your rights to workers comp. benefits but you still have to carry general liabilty ins. to cover damage to the property. they need to establish a business if they want to persue work on there own. that card sounds like something his family member needs to work them without paying work comp. on there wages.
