this is not exactly the same as the recording on shepherd moons. there are slight differences. if you listen carefully, you can hear a tad softer endings, almost like slurring. you can hear it in "claim" and in about 40 other words. she may be lip synching, but it's not the recording from shepherd moons. granted, it's "sung" here exactly the way it is on shepherd moons (timing, emphasis, etc.), but i hear some mild differences. ah, who knows...

@cemkalyoncu That is incorrect. This is lipsynched. Her vocals are from the recording on the 'Shepherd Moons' album. The vocals are exactly the same. The only time I have heard her perform 'live' was when she performed 'May It Be' at the Academy Awards. In that performance, the music was the same, but the vocals were live.

Very sweet gentle song. Who says a lot of preformers don't get stagefright? Expecially when they're not use to it. Laura Branigan famous for (Gloria & Self Control) was shy. My choir director says she has gotten very nervice many times & I'm the same way & I sing in front of people I've known for yrs. Still Enya is golden. A Woman w/ the voice of an angel. It's not that her voice can't handle it - it's her fear that holds her back... so seeing her perform anything live is quite endearing. She has a great voice...in the studio. Don't get me wrong. I adore Enya's music but her live performances are not always good. She sang live at the Grammy's when she won for the Lord Of the Rings and it was a weak performance. She relies too much on vocal layering to get that perfect ethereal sound. I still love you Enya. I've watched and listened to  the Joan Sutherland rendition, she has a beautiful trill to her voice. The opera is by an Irishman and I must agree that enyas' haunting Irish version comes out on top.
