This is how I learned how to dip, lay in that position for a while on the bed, then on hard floor. When ur leg is able to stretch like that then try dancing with it (because just dipping without dancing makes ur dips seem stupid) and when u fall, DO NOT HIT UR HEAD ON THE GROUND. keep ur head up and arch ur back (turnt sideways so u can land poperly, this also makes it look like a pose and not just falling on the ground, also try to keep ur leg extended when u do. I hope this helps.
