  • So according to Hubbard, we are all Hypocondriacs?

    Go f!@k yourself Scientology.

  • lost credibility aleister crowley was not a satanist, perhaps doing some actual research... ... Hail Discordia

  • CULT!

  • if people want to be happier they need work at training their minds to react to certain situations, thoughts, or ideas in an accepting and progressive way through understanding - that also goes for understanding others; scientology clouds that very idea of having a "clear" mind by creating enemies. hate drives more hate. plain and simple.

  • look up the LRH and Jack Parsons connection.

  • @trakomako How do you "clear"? You can't delete memories like files from a computer...

  • @trakomako Jesus? A copy of older Mediterranean stories. Ghandi? He was a racist that believed the English should colonize Africa in order to tame black people. The only things that are credible there: scientists and artists. And we know how religion has dealt with these things...Don't defend Hubbard and Scientology.

  • i agree that psychiatry and medications are to dumb ppl down and get ppl dependant and addicted.

  • it's interesting, at 4:14 when Hubbard discredits psychotherapy, it definitely feels like that gesture is augmented into Scientology's way to deal with detractors and critics. With evident unwillingless to create an analytical answer to the question about the relationship between Psychotherapy and Scientology, Hubbard digs up "dirt" (the business about "sex"), and calls it "bad manners" - also of course also evading to give Freud credit as origin of some of his own ideas.

  • wow they compared him to mlk how insane

  • it makes me sad to hear chef... excuse me... isaac hayes spit this brainwashed garbage out.

what a shame =( scientology sucks so damn bad

  • Is there a religion anyone else knows of that wasn't invented?

  • It is so weird to see Mike Rinder in these videos and then seeing the recent "Secrets of Scientology reports from the BBC.

  • Person X: L. Ron, you´re a freak.

Hubbard: No I´m not, nooooo i´m noooooot

    : )

  • It’s all part of the world wide xenuist conspiracy

  • Hubbard declared war on Pshychiatry because he saw it as competition to Dianetics. The traditional medical establishment rejected his contraption, the "e-meter", so he built the cult around it. It is purely a commercial endeavour, with the trappings of religion as a front.

  • @jonathanmelia

He also declared war on Psychiatry because they were one of the first fields to condemn him.

  • @karlkarlkarl1234 Right, and Miscavidge continues the war. Have a look at that speech he gives at this bizarre Scientology rally. He lists all these reports which cast doubt on certain psychiatric drugs as "proof" that psychiatry simply doesn't work, at any level. "Psychs", as he calls them are the evil, implying that Dianetics is the only viable alternative. It's also implicitly anti-Semitic, in that Hubbard called Dianetics the only field of mental health practised by white Anglo-Saxons.

  • "We're making sure that people aren't being turned into vegetables by psychology---because we want to turn them into vegetables by RELIGION! Then they'll give US all the money."

    L. Con Blubber, Imperious Leader of $cilons

  • God doesn't exist nor can men create religions that are superhuman.

  • Well folks, you heard it from the horse's mouth!

"Dianetics, that's what started all the trouble."

    Too true, L.Ron.

  • the satanism thing is just laughable. i mean maybe he did try it out.... but both satan and xenu are made up, just like jesus. fuck off with religion.

  • Do you really need Scientology to control your reactive mind? If you're aware of your reactive mind, that's a start. Do you need to give money or go to a building for this? Hubbard just jumped on this like Barnays and the guys from Madison Ave.

  • @Auntkekebaby There's NO SUCH THING as the reactive mind!!!

  • @Butterflygrrl I believe our unconscious minds can make us act out or do things for reasons we may not be aware of. I'm using their terms. What I was trying to convey with my comment was that you don't need to give money or go to a building on a regular to understand this. I'm NOT a scientologist! Calm it down!!

  • Here is the formula the cult of scientology is using to get sheep to the fold.

BRAINWASHING = hypnosis (manipulation of the unconscious and conscious mind) + intimidation + caring ↔ MANIPULATION.

  • @ 7:28

Um Hayes, Malcom X and the Black Panthers were also similar such claims. In contrast to Scientology, they pointed to the real oppressor- the embedded sociological structure of white privilege.

  • @ 5:13

Yeah, as if Hubbard was the lone individual critiquing the effectiveness of EST at that time. Please.

  • So, Hubbard really didn't object to Psychology. He quite clearly was a sort of amateur Neo-Freudian. He just objected that his form of therapy would be scientifically evaluated and critiqued and that there were other competing forms of therapy.

  • @Azriencock I agree.

  • MLK the same as LRH what an insult!

  • 6:26 Was that a good comparison between MLK and LRH or wasn't it

  • That is so interesting!

There are reports that Barbara Bush is the daughter of Alister Crowley. Look it up!

  • Mike Rinder has now left the cult.

  • What does he have to say now?

  • Cult with concentration camps and abuses children.

  • I don't know if anybody pointed it out already but they are confusing satanism with devil worshiping , two completely opposite things people !

  • bloodrage,

    Gullible much?

  • What gives you the reason for such nonsense.

  • Hubbard sounds like a con man!!

  • Actually L RON HUBBARD is a sad figure. Satan had hold of him and used him. He may have THOUGHT he was the deciever making money off religion, but in the end HE was deceived and now satan has had the last laugh!! There is ONE anwer: JESUS!!

  • Yay, fighting fire with fire!

    Or should I say, delusion(Scientology) with delusion(Christianity).

  • Are you sure?? IF in fact JESUS is the way....what if you missed it??

  • Ooh, the great Pascal's Wager. Always so effective...

IF in fact Scientology is the way... what if you missed it??

How about Hinduism? Islam? Buddhism? Mormonism? Thor? Zeus?

No no no, of course YOUR religion is the correct one. *roll eyes*

    Just grow up.

  • Thor rulz! Although he did just get beat by Sentry in the beginning of The Seige.

  • You made me laugh eric xD

  • LOL me5o...too true!!!

  • well, no. People have one brain. Various regions of the brains control various functions.

Scientology needs a steady flow of crazy people to replenish its membership.

  • the same type of enemy for scientology is the same as christains any one that opposes it. glad I'm not a scientologist or a christian.

  • i aint gona say too much (even tho i got a whole shit load of stuff to say.they tlk bout psychology being bad and different kind of treatments being bad, but a sick(psychologicaly sick) person couldn't join scientology.. wats up with that? if all this shit that they are saying is true then how come the sick people cant get better? only the healthy people can make them selves better, which makes no sense at all.why do they do this? because the sick people are broke. broke=no money for scientology

  • I agree! I've just researched this nonesence and can't believe what a con job it all is. I'm even more shocked at the gullibility of so many people. And I can't believe L Ron's name was mentioned in the same sentence with Martin Luther King!!!

A scam to brain wash it's members for money and power. There isn't anything these people, Tom Cruise for example, couldn't still accomplish without being involved with this cult. It's absurd and dangerous. Just my opinion. Also criminal in alot of ways.

  • erik,

What's up with your grasp on English?

  • LRH was a spy, a hero, a captain, a saint, an adventurer, a rabbit, a governor, a president, and a secret decoder ring. A delusional man who had dilusional thoughts that needed a blue pill and instead,we got to see (maybe) how any religion (take your pick) got started in human history. It portends to offer answers man alone cannot and offer life after death. Many disapointed people on that end.

  • OH.... what the fuck!!!.... That is something that I could agree with... the media is rubish what they say about Scientology..

  • Alister Crowley, you just have to say that name, and be aware to beware,

  • Crowley hated HUbbard and warned parsons not to let him in the OTO. Calling him a charlatan. Hubbard made off with parsons wife and stole thousands from him.

  • The elemental destructive force is called a moon child. And Crowley was pissed that hubbard was involved

  • Another Lie, Crowley HATED hubbard and called him a charlatan. Crowley protege was jack parsons. WHOM HUBBARD RIpped off for thousands. The us govt had NO interests in parsons rituals

  • brainfuckers

  • Crawley has been named the most dangerous man in the world. just reading about him gives me a very creepy feeling, and I have never been able to get through an entire documentary about him.

  • isacc hayes was a scientologist! what! he played chef on south park!

  • scientologist don't learn about the crazy outer space shit until they reach OT levels and by that time they've already wasted too much money and energy to admit they've been wrong all these times... it's not about giving up a stupid idea, it's actually quite important for the scientologist to lost all the "friends" and experiences they have acquired.

  • 4:32

"All that business about sex--that's for the neurotic, or for the person who is insane..."

    It's doubtful whether Ron's unprofessional, non-medical layperson's diagnosis qualifies as acceptable...or believable... o.0

  • "All that business about sex--that's for the neurotic, or for the person who is insane..."

I found that comment shocking in its brazenness, given Hubbard's own obsession with prying into his victims' sex lives via auditing. Absolute psychopath.

  • dido

  • @donaldTfox

Yeah, psychodynamic theory isn't "just about sex" or focusing on the neurotic. That's a misconception.

  • Aw. And Dianetics didn't outsell "The Little Princess".

    How embarrassing ;)

  • Sounds like old Ron would have liked to become a doctor himself...trying out half-assed experiments and all, toying around with new methods in psychoanalysis...

Sad he didn't enter the medical field. Obviously he had a great mind--too bad it wasn't put to better use.

  • I wonder when the "Official" Hubbard Biographer will mention his compulsive lying, drug abuse, and being kicked out of the military. Why are most of the people interviewed so far Scientologists?

  • Confessing your sins to a Catholic priest is alot cheaper.

  • A 'religion' based on totalitarian brainwash systems (think 'Big Brother' for real) and 'In the Mouth of Madness' horror movie!

  • Oh yea!!! See how they healed the poor dead girl in Florida. And I am sure all those viruses we catch are in our mind!!! This shows how stupid a lot of Hollywood actors are in real life. They cannot separate fact from fiction.

  • is LRH and his purple lips a transgender

  • Mike Rinder is so full of shit. If dianectics really worked and the mental health society didn't want it, why didn't L Ron just teach it for free and prove that it does work?

  • It's based off a matter of faith

but honestly who the fuck wants to pay to believe in something people can do for free, as a true religion is described?

  • holy crap!!! good luck with your eternity if youre a scientologist...yikes

  • Anton Lavey and Hubbard were Buddie's

  • Scientology =

    Ongoing Criminal Organization =

(RICO)Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act and,

(Anti-SLAPP) Strategic Lawsuit against Public Participation] =

    Camp FED.

    Expect It

  • does L. Ron remind anyone else of Liberace?

  • "does L. Ron remind anyone else of Liberace?"

Now that you mention it, I think that is exactly who he reminds me of. Hmmm.

  • wow

  • maybe tom is a child molester

  • The blind leading the blind...if tom cruise says it's true then it MUST be true...(she says with all the sarcasm she can muster)

scientology is a man-made, man-thought of religion created by an unstable individual who associated with satanists and believed in space aliens...boy, hubbard must be looking UP from where he's at right now wishing he never even heard the word scientology...what a sad individual

  • it's not like other religions have any more credibility, just because they're way older... at least scientology is more entertaining than the others. makes for better episodes of south park for sure.

  • Do your homework, Murder is not funny.

  • uh, what?

  • luv the mary de moss icon

  • Does the biographer realize its NOT okay to be gay according to L. Ron?

Or does he claim hes not gay. pfftt.. haha.. even the idea is funny.

  • Scientology is considered an "absolute sect" in France and it's activities are actively prohibited. It was banned in Germany last December/January for "dangerous practices." It is currently under intense scrutinization and investigations in Belgium. They do not have full "church" status in England. They are considered a corporation with nothing that is good for the public as far as charity.

  • How ironic a "religion" that claims to offer freedom from conformity and oppression does exactly that to their own members.

  • Please stop comparing Scientologist to Satanist and Nationalist, especially the Pan-National variety. The Co$ is a facist cult that only cares about power. Facism can come in any form and it doesn't help to label one group of people by being biased based on your religious or hiearchial preference. LEAVE THE SATANIST AND THE PAN-NATIONALIST OUT OF THIS!!!

  • issac hayes, c'mon bruh, what is u doin mayne, Jesus gone head come on back and show these people wassup

  • I can't believe people actually believe this. Its utter nonsense.

  • LRH compares to MLK? Are they fucking retarded?

  • ??? an idiot is an idiot!

  • wha?

  • "LRH compares to MLK? Are they fucking retarded?"

Standard propaganda technique for creating sympathy toward you/your guy: stand next to someone with a positive public image, then call anybody who dares to notice the differences a bigot. In this case, it doesn't fool many, but it gives the Cof$'s victims a mental fig leaf just big enough to keep the scam alive.

  • MLK cheated on his wife left and right and was abusive...no one ever talks about that part though-- so many other civil rights activists did much more, he just spoke well.

  • There's a whole lot of what's regarded as history that's been distorted and even falsified; you sure don't need to convince me about that -- and I know MLK's life has been (ahem) sanitized for popular consumption.

That doesn't alter the fact that MLK has a positive public image, and thus it can help $cientLOLogy's cause to compare LRH to him. That was my point.

  • I started a new religion and it's called SoupCanology. It only costs $350,000.00 to reach all of the levels. Every week you will confess to me your darkest secrets which I will document and store away until you try to leave my church. Then I will use that information against you. Oh, I forgot, Only I can use drugs. It is against the religion for anyone else to use. Also, your leader will be revealed to you on level 3 training and you must not talk about him to anyone.

    Who's in? Any takers?

  • I'll take the New England Clam Chowder.

  • @gtrmn34 your just mad cause your poor u fuck

  • @gtrmn34 sounds like an incredible bar bet to me(lol). Let's do it...only I can only pay you in Monopoly money, am hooked on snickers bars, and you must take care of my beagle while I go through your 'levels'...btw I am partially blind, so can you get rid of that for me? ty, cya soon.

  • Clearly this documentary is biased. Why?

  • who really gives a shit. i hope everyone in the media can use their brainwashing abilities and control over the american public to turn EVERYONE against scientology and these fucks who support them.

  • didn't Isaac Hayes stop doing voice overs for southpark, after they aired an episode critical of scientology? lmao...

  • He fuckin INVENTED the "religion", you cant invent a religion, there wasnt even any BS story of divine intervention, how the hell do people buy into this?! These must be the same retards that signed off on adjustable rate mortgages, and interest rate only loans. FUCKIN RETARDS.

  • @Dirtythinker420 Thankyou!..iv'e been saying the exact same thing!

  • take that fucking cross down you fucks , you're not christianity you're satanism in fucking disguise, hubbard is a corrupt fuck who used to practice satanism he is the perverbial wolf in sheeps clothing

  • I honestly Like L.R.H. -->

The guy got stoned as shit, wrote some bullshit stories with his friends, laughed about creating a religion, got more stoned, and ended up tricking a bunch of morons into believing him. He is fine... Scientology is dangerous and disgusting.

  • think again ... read up on him ... he was a freak

  • He laughed about creating a religion should tell everyone what this "religion" is about...a joke and the joke is sadly on many people and Hubbard is laughing his ass off. No wonder he always smiles talking about it cause he knows it's a joke.

  • If Tom Knows it all, he's really Evil!

If he doesn't know, he's really Stupid!

  • If Scientology can cure all illness why do we have aids and cancer?

    RUBBISH!

  • yea, i lost my arm 14 yrs ago, and it hasnt grown back yet!

    RUBBISH!

  • @crshh if Jesus is Messiah why do we still have aids and Cancer? I say Xenu and Jesus are equally stupid. How about we all stop the mumbo-jumbo and start living in reality.... no, really.

  • @VeritasTruthEmet When exactly did I say anything about Jesus in my comment? Also why are you replying to a two year old post?

  • Great LRH is a satanist. Who would of thought???

LRH working for a security force??? Yeah.

    complete BS

  • But you can bet that EVERYONE inside CoS believes that line...

What I would like to know, since when is working for the gov., justification for engaging in the kind of behavior promoted by Crowley.

  • Learn more about the cult on youtube just type in Xenutv or Scientology

    BOYCOTT SCIENTOLOGY CELEBRITIES!

SCIENTOLOGY IS A BIG FAT GLOBAL SCAM!

    SCIENTOLOGY KILLS!

CUT AND PASTE AND PASS THE MESSAGE ALONG!

Go to Google and type in "Scientology actors list" should be the second link on google in the search.

  • the cult of $cientology....they say they want to help everyone, that they are the only ones who can...but what they mean to say is that the can only help you if you pay enough. Religion is free.

  • Hubbard was clinically insane. Read up on Dianetics. I'm sure it has made some people's lives better, but it can also destroy people. And has. I don't want to use the word 'evil', so I'll just say that these people are very very misguided.

  • Every time I see L Ron speaking, my skin crawls.

  • cult

  • Scientology scares me

  • EVIL CULT.

  • CULT

  • ha ha this cult frees people of their money as much money as they can get

anyone who belives like rubish is doomed lol

  • You're kidding???

  • You are an idiot please kill yourself THINK YOU MORON

  • I hope you are kidding, for you bank account's sake :P

  • thanks for your input cultboy..moron

  • most religions give away their "gospels" for free.

  • I feel bad for your family and friends who you no longer speak with. when your fake church has taken all of your money and you can't pay anymore only then will you be set free. LRH was a fraud, liar, and mildly insane. the church was started to avoid paying taxes for his illegal psychiatry buisness. You are brainwashed. What has the church promised you in order to keep you there? Do you have a job? do you have a life? get out and get some professional help.

  • This is fascinating stuff. For true stories of people who have broken free of this cult, go to XENU dot net. Great site maintained by a Norwegian fellow who has been continually harassed by Scientologists.

  • Faulty premise seems to be that "The times were bad, therefore we were good".

  • wow..this is really interesting. I am not very knowledgable on scientology, but I am certainly interested in this video.

  • How could evolution give rise to a culprit? There is no way something so hostile---not merely indifferent but hostile---could become a universal trait in a species.
