  • great video! I am owned by 2 Birmans and this shows how laid back and loving they are, even when being brushed.........until ya find a Mat! Then it's "Ouchies" lol My seal point male "Romeo" is a dead ringer for your baby here :)

  • cats are soooo funny XD

  • I had a birman/ siamese mix. Gypsy (named after the 'bot on MST3K because of her constant talking) was the boss of the whole house and took it upon herself to take care of us all. Sadly, she's been gone for 6 years now and we miss her each day.

  • coolest cats ever! just got a seal point; he's 10 months old and is more like a cuddly teddybear than a cat! he also loves being brushed.

  • Aww.. kitty likes it.

  • Love Birmans so much, currently have 3 of them. They're all family and they all snuggle up with each other. Puts a smile on my face when they do it. I even join them and they give me a wee clean too hahah! :D

  • Good human, gooddd *licks*

  • how come my birman isnt fluffy?

  • Sometimes all I have to do is hold out the brush, and my Bailey will rub on it until she's brushed. Other times, she'll dive under my bed for three hours.

  • My two Birman cats react just the same when they get brushed. They love it.

  • Wow, I wish my Ragdoll was that nice when I brush him!

  • 0:24, It doesn't even flinch...my Burmese would have my hand off by now...Birmans are adorable.

  • my birman just died recently at 18 she was the most beautiful cat ive ever seen

  • I'm sorry to hear that -- 18 is a good long life for a Birman. I'm sure she knew she was deeply loved. Time for a baby Birman?

  • @begemot02 Sorry...How long do a Birman cat lives? My birman died at 36 months..

  • @begemot02 Birmans are a very healthy breed and my Seal Point "Romeo" will turn 16 in less than 2 months :) nothing like a wee baby Birman!

  • My Birman does exactly the same thing when I brush his underside haha

  • hehe its funny when u brush its armpits!

  • my birman loves getting brushed but.. after a while she will attack the brush aka bunny kick it! :P btw cute video!

  • my cat hated to get brushed!! she always attacked the comb

  • My birman kitty absolutely LOVES to get brushed. He thinks someone's petting him because he purrs and does the funny air kneading thing that he does when he's getting petted. But he attacks if you get too close to his legs. ...I don't know, either. But he's awesome! :)

  • my god :O was that cat programed or something if i try that on my cat he bites and scratches me Oo

  • becos urs isn't a PURE BREED

  • he just taking it!!! thats amazing most cats get overstimulated by it.... you must take real good care you him

  • Best thing in my life: My cat bites my mom, but doesnt bit me he he.

PS:1:05 If you look at the cats right foot(?) youll notice that he wanted some mor brushing ;3

  • My cat bites when I try to brush him. D;

  • Our Birman Dali loves to be brushed - although not that thoroughly. You know when brushing is over when he starts attacking the comb - a common trait it seems :)

  • What a lovely cat:) He looks to like it!

  • niice. my birman attacks the comb, it's impossible

  • Our Birman, the Puffy Cat, will NOT let us groom him at all. He puts up such a fight! Yours loves it! Too cute! =^;^=

  • I think you missed a spot.

  • He looks so much like my own birman cat, only she won't let you brush her belly, just her face neck and back or she'll instead of licking your hand will attempt to bite it, big difference haha.

  • ahah sooooooo cute!!!!! ^^

  • Adorable. He's living the high life.
