This part angered me the most. They seriously looked like a father and son, playing guitars in the park, just bonding. you'd never know that they didn't know about each other, and were strangers. I did love however, just how strong their bond formed despite not knowing they were actually blood related. I smiled and cried at their expressions. This movie was simply a masterpiece.

i absolutely love this movie. its really sad how evan doesnt know that he was playing guitar with his own father...i see him walking away and i'm like...does he even know that lewis was his father?! this movie happens to be one of my favorites and if they made another movie about arthur and what happens to him after evan goes to be with his parents for the first time. props to you, freddie and jonathan. you stole my heart once again.

He was raised in an orphanage, nowhere near either of his parents, so their accents mean nothing. whoever raised august would have been British or something, and he would have picked up the dialect while learning to speak. this is the first time he's ever met his father, so he has nothing in that area from him.
