Because the fraps using the computer's performance to record video, but the camera uses his own performance, So, if you record the game with fraps, the game is slower.

Neither. get A 900 series, like the 904HA,which has a 9 inch screen, much faster processor, a gig of ram (up to two gigs), and a 160 GB Hard drive, (versus the 701/702 4 GB Drive), and a 6 hour battery for 350 bucks. Mine is the 904HA, I recommend it to all.

Fraps running doesn't slow your computer down by much only when recording so it's like its not even there so its not a big deal record the game with fraps then it will be interesting

you can use an external hdd if you have another computer with a cd or dvd-drive, if you haven't, you may also use an external dvd-drive, costs about 50 bucks

Don't forget that running fraps to record a game also causes a slight slow down. I noticed this when I did this exact same game recorded using fraps on my Flipstart.

I run GTA San Andreas on my Flipstart UMPC (1.1GHZ, 512MB) and it plays full speed. I use an official PS2 dual analogue controller with it and it is perfect.

its reading over wireless... not off a sd/ssd. also it isnt very hard to up it to 2 gb ram [pop open ram case, and change the cards] i imagine it runs alot better if it were on the ssd
