  • @kuzenny I am afraid that Rice wine vinegar is totally different as Rice wine. If you couldn't find any Rice wine, use Dry Sherry instead, it will do pretty much the same job. ;)

  • u know if u blow on cook chicken ball your lip swollen this is not a lie who dare to try.... this believe was pass down to us i remember when i was younger me and some of my friend told some asian american girls/cousin to blow on the chicken balls and they did.... lmao next thing we know she was sucking on her lip because it became swollen.... we got yell at by the elders but lol i love being a fob u know so much more thing

  • Those look lovely! I have an addiction to these things.... Can I ask, would it be possible to roll thickly in flour before the batter since my local takeaway has a very bread-like thick layer around the chicken, which I love. I don't know if this is cornflour or just a very thick and gloopy batter?

  • if you want the same chicken ball you get from the chinese take away then the flour u use is self rasin flour.:)

  • Lovely video and very pretty if I can say that. I have a tip for you as well, maybe help with bigger balls and simply double dip from chicken > flour > batter > flour > batter and then fry.

Sure I can make those two dishes, but bear in mind home cooking will never have the same taste as those commercial ones. One thing for sure is the home made food will be much more healthier. Thanks for keeping me motivated.
