I recommend this product. I have a herniated disc at my L5\S1. I underwent intense physical therapy from April until mid July. I knew that if I could hang upside down that it would make me feel better but I was hesitant to spend the
$ on one of these tables with out knowing how well they work. I have seen ads for decompression tables but ...

Very useful - thanks for this clear demo. You've made me realise how easy it is to adjust table inclination merely by moving one's arms to adjust balance of one's bodyweight. I have to acquire one of these for my dodgy back, no question! It looks so relaxing. Evidently, gradual increase in inclination over time will be best to allow one's circulation to adjust to the effects of gravitation reversal. :)
I'm 64yrs old and still work. I do alot of bending and lifting heavy objects. I'm not a dude and am not in my 20's or 30's. I have lower back problems and am going to a chiropractor. He has one in his lobby and I tried it and it really feels great. A regular doctor would want surgery and will say he cant do anything. I tried the thing at a 30deg. angle, not as much as shown in the video. Thats too much and the blood will go to my head. Just a slight angle will work.
Im only 15 and i need one because my spine is soo out of place it has caused my pain in my stomach for 1 year already. I have a cm gap in my spine and 2 invertabes thats are on the top and bottom that are out of place.
I cant rave enough my teeter table. I pinched my nose and bit the bullet when I bought, seriously thinking it was just another piece of chinese crap being pushed on infomercials. Mine is different from yours, its some kind spandex on the frame rather than plastic. Took me two or three times for my inner ear to learn what was going on..lol. I got dizzy. After that was over, then learning to relax suddenly one day my neck just started popping and stretching. It was GREAT!
I've owned one of these before and found it to be relieving on lower back pain. When I finish renovating my house I will be investing in one of these again. It pays for itself when you start to feel the benefits. This kind of treatment dates way back to the Eygtians when they were building the pyramids.
Too expensive and size limited. I'm 6'8" and 315 pounds. This table and other inversion tables are design up to 6'6" and 250 pounds. Just not enough. I went to Home depot and bought 8 feet long 2 inch thick piece of ply wood for $10.74. Job done.
