  • Holy shit fucking awesome!

  • I have to admit it, I'm a little scared right now. OMG the haunted house Terese sends you at is soooo scaryy. I had to stop, PLUS my game froze, like I was in front of the ghost girl crying and I was like... AHHH!!!!

  • i wanna go to detroit and yell "emileigh rohn i love you" in every single street. maybe im in luck and i can take her attention for a 1-2 min chat, just to say that she is amazing. then its okay for me to die

  • my first time to hear and see...WOW! may I have some more, please?

  • Chiasm is a hidden Gem, Excellent Artist!!!

  • Love all her music. This is the first actual video I have seen that wasn't made by a fan.

  • @Ghettostyle80 actually its produced and directed by a fan (ryan wetherall) for his college finishing project, he contacted emileigh rhon to ask permission if he can use one of her songs on his project and she gladly agreed. the two have never met actually, emileigh rhon recorded a video of herself singing the song and the rest was up to him

  • This is extremely good. She reminds me of skinny puppy. Emileigh Rohn is an amazingly talented artist. I hope she is hungry and working hard on her new album 11:11

  • Lots of comments about the music. How about the video? Very nice work employing children to explore themes that carry through life regarding love, its importance to sense of self, and the fears of finding and losing it.

  • @Gremelgren Very Malkavian of you, I approve. :)

  • this track is completely Bjurkish... is Chiasm still active?

  • @shivayavoda Yes.

  • @shivayavoda

Oh, Chaism is active, alright. Emileigh just announced that the fourth album is complete and will hit the shelves soon. Although that "soon" is still undefined...

  • This video makes me want to double my dosage of Seroquel.

  • Tune is a repeative, but still enjoyable.

  • I found it through bloodlines as well. When I heard it in asylum I immediately went online to find out who it was.

  • Why does everything have to be "classified" as this or that. How about the music kicks ass.

  • am i the only one that found this band through Vampire the maquerade

  • caramba, comecei em isolated, mas poxa vida não consigo parar de ouvir o som desta linda dama

  • what a fucking shit

  • @MegaLolita93 said your mom when she saw what she had created.

  • @evashinobi where exactly do you find the metal part in this? how about using some terms like, industrial, ambient, darkwave, trip-hop if you must put music inside little labeled boxes. I recommend you check out some massive attack, or early tricky albums. probably with a hint of ministry and she wants revenge.

  • @Xenobiarch Sorry, I realized AFTER I sent the comment what it was. Literally the second after I pressed "Post." I was tired. And too lazy to find words. :P

And yes, I do like putting it into labels. So it isn't as random. So do enjoy your speghetti, person. :P

  • @evashinobi it wouldn't be metal because there is no guitar/screaming. She started off with electronic music, but this is more industrial. so i gues you can say Electronic Industrial

  • @jimmyboy2021 Metal doesn't necessarily have screaming.

  • @Einheri1989 ohhh ok then by the definition of metal, this song isn't metal because metal is characterized by being highly amplified distortion, extended guitar solos, emphatic beats, and overall loudness.

  • @jimmyboy2021

    that and epic lyrics :)

Metal is how classical music would've sounded if Bach had drums and electrical guitars to work with

  • @jimmyboy2021 Many types of metal don't have guitar solos at all and it's perfectly possible to play metal at low volume levels, using volume nobs, which all amplifiers have. Also some metal utilizes low distortion, clean guitars or even acoustic instruments.

  • @ExcrucioAeternus I understand what your saying, but by definition that is metal. Like i seriously just copied and pasted it hahaha. I used to listen to a lot of metal and some songs did sound like what you were saying. But as a whole, the bands would have plenty of songs that met that definition. It's the unique better songs that meet your definition that I rather listen too

  • @evashinobi This is darkwave/synthwave. You've already been chewed out for calling this metal, so I hope you learned from that mistake.

  • @Soljourn Yeah, do not remind me. xD

I merely asked politely, and I was more than a little tired when I posted the comment. Can people stop bugging me about it? Because I swear it gets annoying after the 4th time around. xD

  • Feelin so much despair and hope in the same time listenin to this track. She's really someone

  • stupid brainwashing shit of some spupid fuckheads..

  • This one really reminds me of Björk...

  • wow she looks really amazing in this vid.. chiasm is great, want mooore

  • All those scratching sounds... they're gnawing at my brain!! GET IT OUT! ~ . ~

  • Heard this song first in 2002. Still listen to it ALL the time.

  • that was really trippy

  • 1:14 Michael Jackson!

  • Remember Bjork.

  • @angelhardrock She has listed Bjork as an influence, but she has been playing music since she was a child.

  • this video reminds me of the movie Coraline ^^ the woman in black even looks a bit like the Other Mother

  • @AnnaKin That isn't a woman in black, that is the dark sorcerer who stole her heart, that she is finally free of. ;)

  • Music just does NOT get better then this.

  • I'd agree with that. It reminds me a lot of the soundtrack for Baroque.

  • If you like this style look up Karen Stever - Sicko

  • can't stop watching...this is a strange but mesmerizing video

  • reminds me on björk

  • Yeah, this is the first and only song Ive heard so far, but the moment she started singing, Bjork popped in the head, heh.

  • That was truly beautiful!

  • what do you mean with that?

  • by what? my comment no longer shows

  • She is a great artist - wish she would do more stuff.

Heard Isolated on VTMB and was hooked from then on...

  • same hear i only just started playing VTMB yesterday and was hooked too i was like what is that song good tastes hey lol

  • @rivethead99 She's apparently working on a new album called "11:11", I believe. Can't wait!

Of all her tracks, this is my favourite, with "Delay" and "Apple Island" close behind. And, like you, I got hooked on her through Bloodlines, as well. Kept going back to the Asylum just to hear "Isolated", before realizing all the music was on the game CD in MP3 format.

  • @rivethead99 i heard her in NCIS ;d

  • I find myself somewhat transfixed. Must see how it ends...

  • I wish I could understand what Emileigh had in mind while recording that song and what Ryan had in mind while recording the video... Seeking a love which seems to be false?

  • I love this chick, she's so amazing

  • its like a mini horror movie:)))

  • shes a Genius !!!

    all three albums are awsome

  • Bjork... Much... ?

  • you´re right..

    but i have to admit

    they do a great job.

  • anyone can say me about a song kind of this that only said a sentences several times, by a woman: "nobody in the universe without to moving" ????

  • Great video. She's made the Detroit Industrial Scene proud. A shining hope in a desolate city. Way to go Emileigh.

  • Emileigh is a good artist. My favourite ones are Isolated and Disorder.

  • One of my favorite tracks of 2008! If you guys have not been there yet, check out her site at Vampire Freaks! I'd love to do a production on this track! :)

  • cool

  • Chiasm is an amazing Artist and shes super nice to all of her fans.

  • i dont like the beat in this song

  • love it
