Sorry, right-wingers but Obama's getting re-elected comfortably the moment Newt gets the nomination. Romney is the only guy who has a chance, and Republicans just don't want to make him the nominee.

@Hello59239 I think Intrade just put him below 50% as of August 2011. Obama's approval ratings just fell to 39%. I'd say his reelection is about 50-50 at this point. He can't afford to lose FL or OH in 2012. He might already lose VA, IN, NC and CO. That will make Ohio and Florida the KEY states in 2012 for either side. It's going to come down to job and the economy. If things don't get any better Obama's chances for relection will decrease. I look for him to go negative on his opponent.
Kendrick Meeks, the black man introduced at 2:40 as the Chairman of the Kerry campaign in Florida was the Democratic Senate candidate for Florida in 2010, until Obama sold him out in favor of the turncoat Charlie Chris. I voted for Marco Rubio, but Meeks is an honorable man, and what Obama did to him shows just what a sleazy politician Obama is.
1988: Florida: Bush 60.9 percent, national: 53,3 %. Plus 7.6 percent in Florida
1992: Florida: Bush 40.9 percent, national: 38 percent. Plus 2 percent
or 2008: Florida McCain 48.1, national: 45.6. Plus 2.5 percent
So Bush performed weak in Florida 2000 compared to these figures. Or lets take a look at the controversy Palm Beach county. Gore won it overwhelmingly with 63 percent. Even Obama 2008( 61%) or Clinton 1996 ( 58 %) were worse than Gore there although they earn more votes nationally.
The left always attacks Mr. Bush on Florida. But he wasnt really strong in Florida 2000. Lets take a look at some interesting figures. Bush scored 47.9 percent in the US election 2000 overall, in Florida he reached 48,85 percent. So he was less than one point better in Florida than in the national average. In 1996 Dole reached 42,3 percent in FL. That was 1.6 percent better than nationally. In 1988 and 1992 Mr. Bush sr. won Florida both time even at the Clinton landslide 1992.

@BansheeGun age is only a number - how exactly would you know how delusional someone you don't even know is?

Of course there's a chance he won't get reelected. It's about 60-40 that he gets reelected according to Intrade.

Well, yeah, 2 months ago the economy was better and we didn't have the debt ceiling debate in full swing when I posted it. Now his chances are lower.

I'm a Brit.
Had I been old enough, and having studied recent US political history in some detail, in 1988 I would have voted for Bush Snr.
In 1992 I would have voted for Clinton.
In 1996 I would have voted for Clinton.
In 2000 I would have voted for Bush.
In 2004 I would have voted for Bush.
In 2008 I would have voted for Obama.
In 2012, if I were eligible to do so, I would be voting for Obama.
Obama will win the Presidency in 2012.
Not very scientific, I know, but he'll win.

@billybudd94 - Obama will lose by a landslide - worse than Carter.

So in my mind there is not evidence for any fraud at the US elction 2000 in Florida. The left wings should face reality.
