Here in Finland, I have the same f#(%"!(%£'ing telephone subscription company telemarketers calling and trying to sell me a subscription like 1-3 times a week.

I worked one day at a telemarketing company and I felt so bad for disturbing people that I had to quit. When a handed over the stack of contact detail cards and said I didn't sell anything, the boss said "then we'll have to call them again later". They are never f#%ing gonna give up!

We were trained to read from a paper and pester them.

However i have worked in Telemarketing for the simple reason that i could not get a job.

The great majority of Telemarketers is so not by choice but because of the fact they have no other choice.

I used to get calls on my cellphone saying my cellphone money account is bad and needed a new one. And I would see a 1-800 # and no matter how long I let it ring! it would still ring. And when I answer it. It says "Hello, your cellphone credit card needs a new one. Were not saying its bad, but you need a new one." And I just hung up after that. And they called me ONCE I TURNED ON MY PHONE. They finaly stopped after I turned it off for a week. And the dumb thing is I don't have a credit card!
