I'm thinking to buy one like this one but speedometer doesn't work and only window that rolls up/down is the driver's one. Miles on the motor guy says is 223,000. What do you guys think it will cost to repair all this? Civic Ex price $900.

I'm looking to get a 92-00 four door for a dependable daily, but am concerned with theft issues....are the 92-95's more easily broken into than the later 96-00's? And is the d16y8 just a newer slightly more powerful d16z6?

you for got that since its an ex it has a 1.6 d16 y8 vtec engine mines engine was like that it doesnt say vtec but look behind the engine valve cover and youll see the vtec solenoid man u can sell it like it is and get about 3-4000 easy there orginal name for the four in japan is honda civic ferio i full converted mines into one i got the original lip and one cool thing to know is that they originally came with a built in navigation system where the radio is i just ordered mine

my friends sister has a 2000 civic but hatch and the manual says it has 94hp nissan gets 173hp out of a 1.6l with GA16VE but still 101 out of a 1.6l is pretty bad

you dont have your e-brake up cuz your breaks dont work, when your in park its the tanny that holds the car inplace if your car rolls away in park you might wanna get a new tranny

I'm pretty sure it was my brakes, not the tanny. Because when we went to get the car fixed all that happened was that the brake lines were rusted and old, and no fluid was getting to them.
