You're both incorrect about Leviticus, it does not condemn homosexuality...it contains laws written for the early Jews to live by. The section you mention babytoober, 18:22 refers to male on male sexual practices being used by other cultures in pagan rituals and the text forbids Jews to do the same as their neighbors.

As I said, it does not condemn homosexuality, but it's use in worship...Period.

Romans doesn't call homosexuality an abomination. Leviticus does, but it pertains only to men. Have you asked yourself why lesbian sex is not included among these 614 abominations? And have you asked yourself why the one about gay male sex is always singled out? I never hear anyone say to those who eat lobster or have a garden with more than one crop, "hey! You've committed an abomination!"

Genesis 19:4-5

This passage makes it clear that MANY men (young & old) in the city (every quarter) came to have sex with (know) the male angels. Homosexuality was definitely an issue, a big one.
