It was completely unplanned! I was near a fairly busy path, so a couple times while shooting a dog would run and investigate me while I hid from their owners. I heard the dog approaching while on the log, and figured it would work for the video if I stayed completely still.
How in the world did you work it out with the dog? I can't get inanimate objects to behave that well.
