Bibarel has two Abilities: Simple doubles the effect of all stat moves used on Bibarel. So, if Bibarel were to use Defense Curl, its Defense would go up two stages instead of one.
Unaware, the Ability that my Bibarel has, cancels out all stat changes done by the opponent. So, if my opponent were to use Swords Dance, the effect would cancel out as long as Bibarel were in play.
I hate it when a Pokemon uses Taunt on my doubles team. Whenever I see a Crobat, I expect it, so I do what I can to avoid it. Trick Room teams are often devastated by Taunt (like in my case).
I'm probably going to end up using it in one of my teams. Normally the moves I despise, I end up using myself.
I've never seen a Bibarel work that way. Normally, people take advantage of its Simple ability and use it with Ninjask, but this is effective too! Nice job!
Yeah. Poison is only super effective against grass. But STAB isnt too bad either. but poison does have a few good things. Firstly it is one of the only types that are SE against Ludicolo (Its only weak to flying and poison). And most of the moves also have a chance of causing poison
I'm wondering what those other two moves Skarmory had. We saw Stealth Rock and Roar, it probably had Spikes, and probably another set up thing. Taunt shut that thing down.
Reminds me of this battle featuring Bibarel. Search videos for "Bibarel super cereal" and you will find it. I loved when Bibarel pwned Lugia. Simple was that Bibarel's ability; it used its stat boosting moves Amnesia, Charge Beam, Defense Curl to take advantage of that ability; this one does not boost stats, thus is Unaware. A nicely played battle, right up to red corner giving up.

not in platinum, its a tutor move, i highly recommend tutoring it. What does "Simple" (bibarel's abiblty) do?

It's got good attack power, a lot of HP, and okay defenses. (A strong enough Psychic or Earthquake will take it out, though.)
Unfortunately, STAB attacks aren't worth much, as Poison is one of the worst offensive types is the game.
