White Plains come happy, leave with a ticket! Ticket Capital. City of White Plains PD writes more tickets than all of Westchester County & Rockland County PD combined, I was NOT surprised when I read that in the paper. No street parking 2am to 6am, there's no street sweeping, its just for writing tickets!! Chatterton Pkwy NO PARKING 10am to 11am once again nothing happens during that 1 hour, it just there so they can write tickets!!

I miss WP so much!!...Live there for 10 years on S.Lexington Ave.I live in Birmingahm,Al now(I hate it here!!)..I'm moving back to WP.Don't care how expensive it is...

Yeah,I lived on S.Lexington,just across the street from Magnotta's Store and Pizzaria on Maple Ave-not the tall building 235,but the next apartment building-the shorter one 253...Which part you live on??

@TheMonolith75 yea i live down from st. bernards in a house. it doesnt have a door on the front its on the side and its like a pale yellowish color and i know the building ur talking about! i think it was the one on the cornor of that little strip

I always go to White Plains to shop at the Galleria Mall. I also have cousins that live there too.
