I am currently using Liquid African Black Soap that I purchase for coastal scents and I love it. I do notice my blemishes are fading and it looks like my skin seems to be lightening up.
If you're buying mustard made with turmeric, you're not eating mustard. Real mustard should be made from either dry mustard or mustard seeds. Some companies will add turmeric to make it extra yellow though.

@punjsidhu How much are you using, you might be using too much. I use a pea sized amount, a little goes a long way since it spreads so easily :)
