  • TECH N9NE!!

  • Doesent the Patriot Act give Police the right to search you without a warrent with probable suspision? So they can search u?

  • @rogthebeast1 Absolutely. This information is PARTIALLY incorrect, because it's based on our constitutional republic. We lost that. Thanks to legislature, including the Patriot Act and the latest version of NDAA, you have no such rights, if they can think of a way to accuse you of terrorism. Are you part of a subculture, or are you part of an ethnic or religious group associated with terrorism? Are you a member of a third party? Guess what, these rules go out the door for you.

  • Im not a cop, but if you need to know this stuff you've probably done something wrong.

  • @MrSilvertale That couldn't be further from the truth. What if someone that you know did drugs and you didn't know, and something got left behind in your vehicle? What if an officer plants something? Because you allowed the search, you're guilty in a court of law. If you don't allow the search, it's inadmissible. Often, if you are calm in this, they won't bother with a warrant. If they break something and you gave them permission, guess what? They're not liable for damages.

  • this is stupid. if you don't have anything to hide why cause yourself the trouble of being arrested or having them waste your time while they obtain a search warrant. at least thats what they do here in canada!

  • @glennh1987 Why permit people to search you, just because they want to? What is wrong with wanting your privacy and expecting your public servants to respect that?

  • Know your rights! If you've done nothing wrong you will (probably) be OK. At least give your lawyer something to work with. If you consent to a search, without protest, your lawyer cannot even try to throw out the evidence. If they need to ask they don't have probable cause. If they HAVE probable cause they are going to search without asking. Know the difference, know the 4th amendment. ALWAYS be polite, but say NO if asked...

  • this shit dont work!lol period. it doesnt matter what u say cops dont give a fuck. and the whole am i free to go thing? lol are u fucking serious. u ask a cop that and he hell tell no so sit the fuck down or ama stick my taser up ur ass! they do watever the fuck they want and even if they dont go nuthing on u they still arrest u and make up some shit. shit like this dont work . cops are cops they will always pull some shit on u.

  • @TheBb1233 No, it does work. I've seen video's on youtube, and you can always bring it up in court that the cops detained you without cause and you might have a charge thrown out completely cause of it.

  • @TheBb1233

Not sure what kind of encounters you've had bro, but I've always had quite polite encounters with police, even going excessive speeds (15+ over speed limit).

The trick I've found is simply staying calm and treating the police officer as though he's an equal.

You won't believe how many "warnings" I've received when answering an officer's "Do you know how fast you were going?" with "I was going 47mph. Is that an unsafe speed for this road?"

    Pt 1

  • @TheBb1233

I'm telling you man, you will see an immediate change in their face from apprehension to relaxation, because he realizes you're mature and reasonable.

I'm telling you man, respect is a mutual thing.

  • packin any tec nines in there

  • after educating myself I won't even give my license w/o asking if it's a request or demand. If request I respectfully decline. If demand I say "ok but only under protest and duress" that way there is no joiner and no contract which can help when fighting the ticket. Thinking about getting an IDP and foregoing DL all together. Yeah Buddy!

  • did I watch a quality piece on fox news? :S

  • @swiftyJ88

Freedom Watch is actually very good and factual

Also, Judge is among one of the few msm people who will be honest about stuff...

  • @swiftyJ88 His show got cancelled.

  • @swiftyJ88 The Judge is cool.....keep watching him on Fox business every evening. You will find yourself agreeing with him. He's big on 4th Amendment civil rights....thank God somebody is!....and explains how The LAW should work, not how our lunatic politicians and courts have bastardized it. Flex Your Rights offers the best advice yet on how to deal with police and rogue cops....and I've learned my lesson the hard way about rogue cops. Be Prepared....Review the 10 Rules and go from there!

  • Comment removed

  • Don't be lazy, pick up a book on law if you really want to learn how to deal with pigs.

  • pUCK the Folice.

  • @Flailwielder, @TheAllAmerican2012, :sigh: kids...little kids, just keep playing GTA and please never enter the driver seat in real life, thank you.

  • @TheBosstrain Hahaha, and you are sitting here acting like you know shit.

  • @BagelTanker ??? What's your record, criminal? I don't deal with officers since I don't break rules...so yeah, I know a lot of shit, I know how to not break laws...can you say the same? Most likely not, so go put a pacifier in your mouth and sit in the corner, kiddo, you're in time out. :DD

  • @TheBosstrain Hahahahahahahahahahaha. Omg......I can't believe how dumb you are...sorry I didn't know who I was dealing with here. Ok, buddy, yeah, you win.

  • @BagelTanker Your stupidity has no equal, sir, do all of us a favor and turn yourself in for reckless endangerment due to a massive lack of brain cells.

  • I fucking hate cops!!!

  • but what do i do if I pull over a cop

  • @warriorscatsrule805 PSSSSSSSSSSSSST 0 0 0

  • @warriorscatsrule805 Even a broken clock...

  • How about a reality (or fictional) show/movie illustrating how legal authorities violate the constitional rights of the U.S.citizen? Wouldn't this help preserve/safeguard freedom? After all, that''s what the U.S.A. is supposed to be ALL ABOUT. It could show a violation then site the portion of the constitiution that is violated. There could be sequels!!!!! Maybe Steven Seagal could produce it? What about you Alex Jones...put your money where you big flippin mouth is!! Comments please????

  • LOL at 3:57 -- more like if I knew this before I would still have my drugs

  • Tell the cop my lawyer said i dont have to answer that question..this way you are not alone in this conflict. makes it easier..

  • Comment removed

  • SICK and TIRED of cops thinking they can abuse people whether verbally or even emotionally. AND THEY DO IT ALL THE TIME. I thnk every single stop should hv to be recorded from approach to end. This must be available for defense attorney if needed. I'll BET it would stop a lot of bullshit!

  • So, what do you do, when the cop doesn't give a FUCK about your rights, whether YOU know them or not? Their ego is way bigger than any law book. Things I guess, were different in my parents day, because they always told me "the police are your friend".I've come to know, that nothing could be further from the truth. ..

  • @c6rocks "Things I guess, were different in my parents day, because they always told me "the police are your friend"."

The flip side is that in your parents day -- people didnt talk back to the cops.

IF you were a smart ass to the cops and got slapped or arrested it was your own fault..( and rightly so)

Now it seems like everytime time a cop even arrests someone -- some idiot alway screams police brauilty

  • @badpanda84 Police are there to enforce the law there not above it tell me is it legal for them to have a camera in the cop car and record me while if i pull out mine and start recording it they tell me to turn it off ... why is it ok for them to use there sirens just to avoid traffic ... why is it ok for cops to speed and make illegal U turns or any traffic violations ... there not above the law they are there to enforce it ... a majority of cops are just douchebags

  • @rizegraymon1 "why is it ok for them to use there sirens just to avoid traffic ... why is it ok for cops to speed and make illegal U turns or any traffic violations "

They dont actually do that unless it is an emergency -- just becuase a cop uses there siren dosent meant they only did it ito avoid traffic

  • @badpanda84 Im pretty sure half the people who saw that no creection 80% have seen cops pulled bull shit like ilegal parking

  • @badpanda84 you obviously havent been to any country towns, i've watched cops do it all the time just because they wanted too, no emergency

  • @BBQSAUCESON OK but out with all the genuine case of police bruality out there you really think that is a major issue out there.

IF that is the worst thing that cops do -- then you have a really good police force.

OF course you can't tell if they have an emergency or not

  • @rizegraymon1 "there not above the law they are there to enforce it ... a majority of cops are just douchebags "

To be fair though all the crimincal the cops deal with are douchebags -- not to mention the lawyers they have to deal with

  • @rizegraymon1 lol their camera works for the benefit of them AND you. So if they start violating your rights, u have physical proof u can show to the court room and sue for 500,000 dollars.

  • @c6rocks

"what do you do, when the cop doesn't give a FUCK about your rights, whether YOU know them or not? "

OF course cop aren't going to back down just because you "assert your rights"

You really think cops are going to say " I'm just joking we don't really want to search you,, I was just bored and had nothing better to do that harrass you"

  • by the way you have the right to institute your rights, but if there is no witnesses then who is going to believe you over a lying cop, happens all the time

  • @bummercal they have a dashboard cam lol

  • @bummercal exactly, if they ahve two cops and one of you, you're stuffed

  • Wtf lol gay ass under me

  • @DaddyFatSzack So there's a gay ass under you? Wow, TMI.

  • Oh god, if that officer did that to me I would have a huge boner...

  • @TheWallaceGrover its called a knightstick

  • NO you just showed a staged incident. this blows

  • Like I am going to listen to FOX. Fuck that.

  • YOU DO NOT HAVE to stop for a cop. He is acting in his private capacity under citizen's arrest not on the behalf of the govt. What's the emergency officer? That is your first question.

  • @glennwih your retarded and will be shot one day.

  • works in theory....... but with todays corrupt bought and paid for courts your screwed in the end no matter what

  • @cbr6864

    It depends on the cop.

  • for everyone that says they dont like this because its fox plz understand that the judge and stossel are grade a guys from fox everyone else can burn ps lou dobbs is cool too

  • This is good.....

  • stop cutting them off fox

  • Scott Morgan looks HIIIIIGHHHHHH :D lmao me too

  • Part of me likes this, but then part of me sees FOX in the corner and i kind of throw up in my mouth a little bit........

  • @Giles4200 Haha I know right? At least it's not John Stossel.

  • I was EXTREMELY glad I had watched this before I got pulled over for the first time. Made me much more confident about my rights and helped me keep my cool because I knew what to do.

  • i live in south carolina i had a cop ask me once if he could search my car which i didnt have anything but i just felt like being a dick so i told him no and he said that if i refused that they would suspend my license for 30 days and i was just wondering if he was lying to me just to get me to consent or is this true cause if so that is messed up

  • @trepkid 1st of all, what were you stopped for? If u were drinking or driving, hit and ran, ran from the cops, ect. u r going to get your license suspended anyway. But remember your 4th, 5th, and 6 amendment rights. You have the right to remain silent, you have the right to refuse searches, ect. Cops can legally lie to you, and so can lawyers, they do it ALL the time. Just never consent and shut up until u get a lawyer. two things that will save u prison time, even if u r guilty.

  • um the cop was a actor chillllll

  • i was going to watch this, but then I saw it was fox

  • really if the fox 6 cameras arent there then your rights don't mean shit... fuck the police..!!

  • I've seen this series of videos, unfortunately it was AFTER a run in with the cops. This helps. Good stuff

  • I'm really glad that someone like FlexYourRights is on youtube! I have nothing to hide but police harrassment is ridiculous at some point.

  • I think it is also really important to remember that cops are people too. There are good ones and bad ones.

Most of them are just trying to do their job. If they are being cool then don't give them a hard time just because you can.

That being said everyone should know your rights and how to protect them.

  • @Joshua2019 exerting your rights is not giving the cops a hard time. Cops will even be shocked if u r doing a crime, and give up your rights. I know a case of a guy who had a dead body in his truck. cop stopped him for speeding. Cop randomly said (for no reason, had no probable cause, or even resonable suspension) "can i search your trunk?". And dude said yes. cop found a dead body in his trunk and asked the dude "why did you let me search your car?" Dude replied "i didnt know i could refuse".

  • @Joshua2019 moral of the story-Know and exert your rights everyday, all day, all the time; especially if you are guilty. Cops can and will stop u for no reason other than that they get bored.

  • 2 dislikes? Who keeps telling the cops about this?

  • Great video! Great movie! The United States within the Twenty First Century has resorted to Fascism, no doubt about that.

  • it's just the immediate intimidation they use agaisnt us, and they think theres nothing wrong with that approach cause of the dangers of their job..but who the hell forced you to "choose to be a cop? hypocrites

  • Dude on the left is high.

  • This was on FOX?! =O

  • @SovietCommissar1931 Makes you rethink what you've been led to believe by the far left, doesn't it. And if it doesn't, then it should.

  • @intrepidorator Nah. One decent segment by the FlexYourRights guys doesn't compensate for the rest of the time FOX "news" and it's associates are putting about pure bullshit. =)

  • @SovietCommissar1931 I didn't expect those who are brainwashed by the far left to understand the truth. You should read a book called "left turn" by Tim Groseclose, a UCLA professor, that explains how the left wing media is distorting much of Americas minds.

  • @SovietCommissar1931 FOX is a propaganda piece for the extreme right, just as many other networks are propaganda pieces for the extreme left. NO network should be trusted. Instead, individuals should be considered as individuals. Even then, no matter how good the content presented by anyone seems to be, people should be responsible enough to look into issues on their own and make their own opinions. If more did this, FOX and MSNBC would not matter.

  • @Riot659 Bring that to court, friend-o.

  • how close would these rights be for other countries? e.g australia

  • Am I being detained? Am I free to go? I am invoking my 5th amendment right, I am invoking my 4th amendment rights, am I being detained ?

    If free to go, leave.

    If not,

I invoke my 6th amendment right and repeat 5th and 4th as needed adding other amendments in necessary,

And most importantly say NOTHING ELSE, speak ONLY to a LAWYER.

  • @CalicoRegent Surprising if I was a cop that is exactly what I want --

people to exercise the 5th amendment rights -- because that means you are going to shut the fuck up while being arrested.

And the cops dont have to listen to the usually bullshit like "I pay you wages" and " I going to sue you -my dad is a lawyer"

  • Gotta love some of the pretexts the cops use to pull you over. My favorite is "You were swerving WITHIN your lane".

  • Congratulations Scott and Steve, best of luck!

  • Where can I find this video?

  • @MsSNSmith05 on FlexYourRights youtube channell...

    Peace!

  • This is awesome!!! More citizens need to stand up for their rights

  • @dieselducy I like your reply, however I would change the word citizens to people.

  • @dieselducy none of what he said applies to tn and don't get tricked into believing it if your ever stopped in tn.the police in tn threw out the constitution and replaced it with police rules not laws that other states have.no search warrant is needed in tn for your home or car and when cops start destroying your home all you can do is watch.to see what happens when tn cops are in a bad mood just Google or watch the DARREN ring in tn video.its very violent and brutal.just my opinion

  • @dieselducy damn right they do. my son just had to do so other night and i pray not screwed. I get sick b/c they are abusive to young adults and they treated my son like SHIT. These cops hv kids and how wld they feel if their kid being verbally abused and slammed on a car? I'm so sick of it.

  • 1 dislike is a bitch ass CoP!!!!!

  • @M14SINAL0A .. And what if the black dude was twice as big as the cop?

  • @M14SINAL0A More like five

  • 301 views .. for 12 hours... i am god

  • Who's the fucktard who hit dislike?....probably a cop

  • I wish these fuck ass hats would learn to read probable cause gets the warrant from judge that is it nothing more or less right there in the Constitution."The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

  • @badaboomrock I guess the cops can't read you know the part "shall not be violated" any law that changes this Amendment to the Constitution is Unconstitutional an non void people don't get that if we dont like an unconstitutional law we don't have to follow it and are obligated not to obey it.

  • @badaboomrock I know they may abuse your rights ,but your statement counts.and mine ,too.and of everybody else, too.it,s a bad attitude from US to let it go just like nothing happened.big leaps, imho, are made from little steps...

  • i have heard that in alot of states that if you refuse to let them search the car it gives them probable cause to run a k-9 on the vehicle .

  • @chaseme81871 There is absolutely nothing illegal about the police using a K-9 on _ANY_ car, as it is neither a search, nor a seizure. Any scents or smells that are leaving your car are not subject to privacy. The same thing applies with anything that the cops can readily see in your car (in apparent view). The exception is, that holding you there until a k-9 unit arrives requires them to respect the rules on detainment.

  • @puellanivis makes perfectly good sense.

  • @chaseme81871 which of course, is why I'm probably wrong. ;)

  • @puellanivis great! i get some good advice only to learn you might be wrong lol

  • @chaseme81871 never believe legal advice on the internet. Please consult a lawyer about everything. It's the only way to be safe.

  • When asked to step out of the vehicle, lock your car.

  • post the entire video!

  • Im a Pig OF A COP and i am disliking this video.

  • Offer to buy them a box of donuts

  • check out Barry Coopers videos, BUSTED, and Never Get Busted Again.

  • @TurboGC8 I have these DVDs and found them quite eye-opening and informative. I don't smoke weed or use other drugs, but I think everybody should get and watch these videos. The only way to exercise your rights is to know your rights. I wish I'd known this stuff 3 years ago... :o(

  • Faux News...

  • Freaking best movie ever. I suggest it to everyone.

  • By getting a driver license and driving you are saying in the eyes of the law you are in a commercial business but if you are traveling in your automobile that are a private thing and they do not have a right granted to them by any law to stop you period.

  • @badaboomrock i agree with you,but if you dont have a liscense and insurance they arrest u and impound your car.

  • @18wheeler76 Then you can get them for kidnapping and stealing you car because if you don’t have a license plate they don't own it that is what gives them the power to pull you over the plate is and owners tag you can beat them in court because they know their wrong and they will not fight you on it because it would expose the fraud so can't do that. Rule number 1 don't fight the cops they are stupid and don't know they are wrong save it for the court room and judge.

  • @badaboomrock you sound logical and your thinking sounds correct, have you or someone you know exercised your rights in this way and won ?

  • @18wheeler76 I only know of what people say they have done, but when My tag runs out on my car I plan on giving it a try still doing a lot of research on it to make sure I have all my bases covered, Like the fact that we don't have a real title to it if you look close at the little dot on it you see it has VOID in 4 or 5 places plus it is a Certificate witch is a copy not the real thing and the state issues bonds against the real title then charges us tax (rent) on the use it is crazy :)

  • @18wheeler76 ok in court first no tag means they don't own it and the license means there was no contract saying you would follow their stupid rules. all you have to do is prove to the court you had no contract with the state to follow their rules and that the state does not own your car and you take away any power they have to enforce the rules on you.

  • @badaboomrock They may or may not have a legal right to stop you, but they will do so anyways. Did I forget to mention that they also have guns, tazers, black jacks, night sticks, etc? Let's not forget the fact that judges will side with the cops and convict you anyway! Not saying it's right, but that's just the way it is.

  • @StevenE1972 Have you read the whole conversation? I am having trouble figuring out what part of it you are talking about because I explain that you let the cops do want they feel they have to. Then in court you settle the problem by not tagging the car your not give ownership to the state and no license means no contract in court if you have no legal binding document then they have no case. They get you by registering witch transfers ownership to the state then you have to contract to drive

  • @StevenE1972 Plus I sited 5 cases where the Supreme Court with rulings to back my argument earlier in the posts if it happens the way you say then the system has won you might as well just bend over because we are no longer free but slaves ohh wait we are slaves to their system because we are to stupid to know are real right these guy on this video are just telling haft truths because the whole truth would cause blood shed in the street with in hours of the broad cast.

  • (In Hertado v. California, 110 US 516, the U.S Supreme Court states very plainly:)

"The state cannot diminish rights of the people."

  • CASE #3: "The right to travel is a part of the liberty of which the citizen cannot be deprived without due process of law under the Fifth Amendment." Kent v. Dulles, 357 US 116, 125.

CASE #4: "The right to travel is a well-established common right that does not owe its existence to the federal government. It is recognized by the courts as a natural right." Schactman v. Dulles 96 App DC 287, 225 F2d 938, at 941.

  • @badaboomrock Are these the cases that people are using to prove that the T.S.A. pat-downs are illegal?

  • @Parknutzz no because most people or should a say most lawyer will not or are not willing to expose the criminal state, they trick you in to thinking you have to have a permit to us your rights, this is why I make it a point to put them here to prove to people we are being scammed by the feds, states, and counties. But if was to be T.S.A. pat downed I would first tell them they are outside their Jurisdiction because the constitution says the Fed. Gov. can only operate in DC

  • CASE #2: "The right of the citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, either by carriage or by automobile, is not a mere privilege which a city may prohibit or permit at will, but a common law right which he has under the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." Thompson v. Smith, 154 SE 579.

  • CASE #1: "The use of the highway for the purpose of travel and transportation is not a mere privilege, but a common fundamental right of which the public and individuals cannot rightfully be deprived." Chicago Motor Coach v. Chicago, 169 NE 221.

  • Being detained or free to go?

  • Never consent to any searches without a warrant!

  • "Officer, I know you're doing your job..." Yep, that's right, their job is to do anything they possibly can including LEGALLY lie to you and trick you in order to throw you into a cage. They don't care how innocent you may be, they have a quota to make, and you're just a number to them.

  • @furyofbongos LOL quota. They don't have a quota at all. My friend is a cop and they joke about the so called quota all the time. Meaning they know the public thinks they have a quota so they will joke about it.

  • @blva888 Maybe where YOU live they don't...

  • @blva888 How do you know when they're just joking, or when they're really talking about their quota?????

  • @FunnyNamed Simple. When my friend got a years of service award he said to his fellow officers and me that he got it because he made his quota. If you want to believe they got a quota go ahead and make the cops laugh more.

  • @blva888 touche.

  • @FunnyNamed Nope just don't care for stupid people

  • @blva888 Lol, dude. I'm just a conspiracy theorist. I like having fun with people like you cause I can get a laugh out of it. :D

  • @FunnyNamed WOW I got a laugh from you believing in quotas. Now I got another laugh because you are a conspiracy theorist.

  • @blva888 True, some conspiracy theories are completely retarded, but I'm more of an abnormal theorist. I believe that Osama died a different way, or maybe that he's still alive, but 9/11 was a terrorist attack. That kind of stuff. :)

  • After tomorrow's Senate bill passes through, ( detention of civilians, by military, civil-federal melting into one force now, w/suspicion of terrorists activities, all of which is subjective) and all phone, online activities censored... Does anyone care?

    These are FACTS now people!

  • Found the information useful, but I never had any trouble with cops, except for minor traffic tickets. I do find that I like big city cops, better than small hick cops. I find small hick cops are often full if themselves and are often real pricks.

  • @jtmax24 welcome to my small town

  • The cop in the opening vid segment, already makes my blood pressure skyrocket.

  • the problem is that the 'laws of the road' are completely outdated/unreasonable, so they can pretty much pull over anyone for any reason since its set up that EVERYONE is 'breaking the law'. The conservative authoritarians act like the law is some kind of godly standard that you DESERVE to be punished for if you break, but in reality, the law is only as good as the understandings and purposes of the people behind it....which are often flawed. Everyone crosses a painted island or

  • breaks arbitrary/politically set speed limits (25 on big rds) . the above is why conservative authoritarians (your typical 'neo-con' or 'tea party' garbage) are INFURIATED with progressiveism; it challenges their backwards ways of thinking and in addition, authoritarians are conditioned to see challenges to the 'status quo' not as progress but rather as a threat. they also tend to have a high degree of submissiveness to 'legitimate authorities' which is why they back the police unquestioningly.

  • Comment removed

  • but if you tell this shit to authoritarian cons, they will reply by saying that EVERYONE is wrong and that the law is basically god...and that people who break it need to be punished without really thinking about the law in the first place. this also fulfills their little need to have an 'in group' and a scapegoat or 'outgroup'...i.e. THEYRE 'good little law abiding citizens' and those who don't follow their BS are monsters. SET THE LAWS FAIRLY and stupid cops wont have so much power.

  • @sociopathicregret Tell me about it. There's a guy on a forum I frequent (citydata) who acts as if the law came down from God and that every law created in NYC is irrefutable in everyway. Every time I see a post from him I cringe. It's like he's saying "Yes state! I love it when you fuck me in the asshole! You're so good at it! I'll never question you because there's no reason to! You know all!!" herp derp.

  • @Maserati7200 The best part is if you oppose the police even a little bit, you must be an anarchist who thinks all police are unnecessary. It's just part of their little ego trip to demonize the 'outgroup'. People like that are frustrating...many are smart asses too who think they're good at making 'witty' comments since there's some stupid idea that goes around in the police/military that their 'brotherhood' means they're more experienced in life than those 'stupid civies', or something.

  • Police are necessary, I don't reply to police questions directly at all I just deflect.

  • I recently ordered this video and can't wait till it arrives. I will show it to everyone I can!

  • : )

  • It's funny I recently got pulled over in Floyd Bennet Field by a National Park Service officer for no real reason. He kept asking me questions and trying to find things to arrest me on and he couldn't. What's great was I was cool as a cucumber and just smiling the whole time, because I knew there is nothing I did wrong and nothing he could get me on.

  • Sounds like something a few cops need to see for clarification on the limit of their authority.
