Ras would be the superego ("I must destroy the criminal race"), Fischer's projection from the team onto Dr. Crane would be the fear ("I am the fear you possess"), and Joker is Bruce's true self ("You're just a freak, like me!") and how the world views Bruce (or how Bruce thinks the world views him since he's insane). -- Yeah, I thought about this too much. @sufferblind86 from what I got from the vid was that he suffered from paranoid schizophrenia and personality disorder he basically was seeing different versions of himself in his mind. The Inception scenes fit perfect they were trying to go into his mind to defend himself from all the different versions of himself including his alter ego batman to try and get his mind back to normal. At least that's what I got from the vid.
