How does Rogue adopt other character's powers? I have Rogue for Mugen, but am never able to do that. Is this a special rogue edit or is there some combo I need to do??? Any help would be great!
I don't think they're edits... I think all of them are alternate universe Rogues that took way too much of a specific person. Phoenix, Polaris, and a Rogue clone. Well, the Rogue clone was the child of alternate unlimited 2099 scarlet spider-hulk and Red earth Gwen Stacy clone with a peg leg and fear of halloween.

In some respects yes.
However, these crappy edits do not do Phoenix and Polaris justice.
