    especially for a bamboo didge.

  • @PROMINADE101

    Glad you enjoyed it.

Still loads to learn, but getting there :-)

    Keep on digdin'!

  • I remember making this one. It was seriously low. Great playing!

  • how do you breathe??

  • @ritual3 Using a technique called circular breathing. you pressurise your mouth with air then use tongue and cheeks to push it into didge while sniffing air in through nose. Look up cirular breathing in utube or in web ,,, just takes practice.

    Cheers

  • Inspirational !! thanks, i am going to try to make my own didge today and was looking for a good painting! yours looks nice !

  • Thanks, good luck with the didge making.

I made one myself out of some 40mm diameter PVC pipe a few years ago,. It was about 1.2 meters long and and it worked well. I found that the mouth was a bit sharp to play on for very long so dipped it a few times in hot Beeswax and then it was fine. :-)

  • Nice one Tony! Another one of my didgeridoos gone to a good home!
