  • Thats how mine used to be before i started landing them. Except i would over rotate and land on my back. Haha. But you just have to set higher. And maybe try a back handspring before your double because they usually can help you get more power. But they are pretty good. (:

  • pretty good. just make sure u set before u twist and to spin faster try to pull ur arms in tighter and faster

  • i land the same on the floor but i have it on tramp my coach tells me to pull my hips with it more and spot for something also set more .. it might seem like u wnt get all the way around but u wil good luck

  • Great job!! Okay i finally got this yesterday (same settings like on to mat and everything from the traack) and it took so long but finally my coach set to make your backhansring sooo long so it will make you set SOO high and the n it was easy!!

  • Your feet are too far in front of you at the end of your roundoff, stretch the end of your roundoff, double will be fine.

  • u jump to far back , jump more up just keep training , u can do it easy!.

  • you could try doing it out of a round off back handspring instead of just a round off, it'll help you get the height you need to make the double.

    also, try and not twist too soon and flip a little higher

  • your twisting too soon, flip first then twist, get your arms above your head in your set then wrap them in for the twist.

  • u need to set that up more!! you have the twisting down solid, but you need to set it up so you can have more time to twist..try it out of a backhandspring that should help.
