Well there has been Russian satalites back during USSR that had nuclear reactors on them which landed in the ocean during failures. There is one off the coast of japan and another reactor in the southern atlantic.

This is the spy satellite that will crash sometime soon.They lost control over it, and dont even know where it will crash.
