I used to live on VAFB, I remember the sky being reddish-orange on some evenings--I was told it was because of the rockets, not sure if it's true, but I thought it was cool anyway. My classmates at school and I used to run to the windows or outside whenever there was a launch

This is the spy satellite that will crash sometime soon.They lost control over it, and dont even know where it will crash.

what I want to know is, How much Nuclear material it has onboard???

Well there has been Russian satalites back during USSR that had nuclear reactors on them which landed in the ocean during failures. There is one off the coast of japan and another reactor in the southern atlantic.
