Yaunok, I was told that there is a helmet law in the city but that the law is not always enforced. Keep the rubber side down. Best regards, Dave.

I'm Vietnamese , and I lived in DaLat . I've never let my head without helmet .It's dangerous for my life .

I've never seen anything like this , no helmet :))
You should have seen the scooters I missed! You cannot imagine what people will haul on those things.

Apparently, sandals outnumber shoes 100 to one also!
The sheer variety of people and scooters are amazing.
