I currently own the 11R and was considering purchasing a velocity 300 for amplification of signal through 2 of my Marshall 1960a cabs. Any regrets/problems with your set up? I am running it through a BV120h tube amp right now and it sounds great but who wants to carry a giant head around when you can just add the amp to a rack space.

Do you think getting the velocity 300 is the same like getting a Mesa Boogie 50 50 or 90 90. Id be using it with an axe fx.

@ivansandoval777 Should sound wonderful. The Axe Fx has great tonal capabilities since it has a dual core processor, and ATB uses it. With that said, the 5050 or 9090 will sound a tad bit better, but only because the tubes. My suggestion is to just get a noise reduction system with the 300, so any gainey sounds added from solid state power is hushed out
