Their diet is high in protein (fish & chicken), they eat lots of vegetables, drink lots and green tea, and they are not big on fast food like Americans are. Adamine is correct about the Japanese when it comes to their pale skin. Pale skin use to indicate that someone was from wealth. The tanner the skin meant that you were working outside in the sun. Working class had tan skin.

If they are already tan, its probably their natural skin tone/they are outside a lot. What I'm saying is not many go to the tanning bed.
