I have the Infuse and its proven to be a great phone. 4G is blazing on this thing. I also own a iPhone 4 that only 3g..There is a very noticeable difference. No problem with any of the games ive played on it very smooth runs smooth...most of all the big screen is great for capturing signatures for work. My motorola Atrix was the smoothest nicest phone ive had though..

@teptepswag samsung infuse u can find for 100 or less. it is a little bigger but not much and has less hardware. unless you do gaming and such on your phone the infuse 4g should be fine. also the infuse 4g should last longer in terms of battery because of the dual core in the galaxy s2.

infuse 4g is $450 off contract as the galaxy s 2 is $600-650.

the iphone 4 is 16gb-$600 and 32gb-$700 off contract so u cant buy 3 iphone 4s or 3 infuse 4g without opening a new 2 year contract.

And the US galaxy s 2 just got announced for t-mobile, sprint and at&t so they will be around $200 on contract dude

Phones on contract is just a fake thought that you get it cheaper. SGS2 is much cheaper SIM-free than on contract, you WILL pay more money during those 2 years than just the phone. In Norway it's 4500kr off contract and with a mid range contract the phone is 2000 and 400 every month for a year, that's much more than 4500.. With that said, I can't wait to get mine.

the biggest difference is not so much the cpu as the gpu, thats why performance is so much better on the gs2 vs even other dual cores.

His battery comment is accurate, albeit comparative. The reason is seems to charge so slow is because he's comparing it to the time it takes to charge an iPhone. For whatever reason, Samsung devices charge painfully slow. I remember when I left my Captivate I thought something was, well, wrong with my iPhone's battery because it was charging so quickly.

While useful for the iPhone, it isn't necessary for the Samsung devices because of the swappable batteries, which I definitely made use of.

If thats true about the infuse/SGS2 that sucks. Cant imagine it's true though or there would be an uproar as 8 hours to charge would make it unusable.

The extra 250mh on the Infuse/SGS2 battery could be making it take longer to charge, but obviously shouldnt change things that drastically.
