Why is trans gender discrimination in the work place a big issue? Because the government in society allows it to be, due to Trans phobia, bigotry, and religious beliefs. Just like any non-trans gender applies for a job to make a living, then why can't trans gender individuals do the same as well?

Ms. Sanchez lobbed a couple of real "softballs" to the witness panel, and happily Mr. Minter and Col. Schroer "knocked them out of the park". The input from Mr. Payne also seemed to help put the issue of "discrimination", writ large, in clearer perspective for those "honorable members" who may as yet still be "unenlightened" as to what trans-people go through on a daily basis. Ms. Miller and Ms. Taraboletti punctuated the matter quite nicely.
