IEP's are great... that way the students can get babied through school and be completely ready for employment in the real world... I just heard that all U.S. employers now have to differentiate every bit of instruction and repeat them a number of times in order to "accommodate" our wonderfully educated workforce.... I hope they never go back to the days where students had to suck it up and work harder to learn... "you are good at English but not math??? suck it up and work harder in math"
